My car sits very low to the ground, and instead of risking damage by forcing it onto the flatbed, Brad noticed the issue immediately and made the extra effort to ensure it was handled properly. He actually drove back to the yard to get additional boards, all while the rain was pouring relentlessly, just to safely load my car. Ken’s Code Yellow was amazing assisting my grandchild. Their car broke down on the highway, and although they couldn’t get a tow truck to her right away, the owner personally drove to the site to keep them safe. The owner was able to get the car going and off the road without the need for a tow - and no charge!!!
